Because every product we sell is handmade in limited quantity, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.
No Return / Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Size difference within the handmade variation range
Every product is made carefully and checked before shipping.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, because production/packing begins immediately.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on prepaid orders, except in the rare case of:
- Duplicate payment charged
- Order not delivered after 30 days
If any of the above occurs, you can contact us and our team will assist you.
Damaged / Wrong Item Case
We take great care in packaging and quality checks.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- Or a different item than what you ordered
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product photos
- Unboxing video (optional but helpful)
If verified, we will replace the product with a new one free of cost.
Replacement is sent only for verified damage/wrong product — not for preference or size/color choice.
Delivery Issues
We provide Pan-India delivery within 15 days.
If the courier delays beyond this time due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, we are not responsible.
