1. Delivery Locations
We ship Pan-India to all major cities, towns, and rural areas via trusted courier partners.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time:
📦 Within 8–15 days from the date of order.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Courier partner delays
- Weather or festive seasons
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take slightly longer.
3. Processing Time
All orders are:
- Processed within 1–3 working days
- Packed carefully to avoid damage
- Dispatched only after successful prepaid payment
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
5. Only Prepaid Orders
We accept prepaid orders only.
❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Accepted payment methods:
- UPI
- GPay
- PhonePe
- Debit/Credit Cards
All payments are handled through secure, encrypted gateways.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch
7. Incorrect Address or Customer Unavailability
If delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address
- Incomplete address
- Customer not available
The order will be marked as failed and cannot be refunded or reshipped.
8. Delayed Delivery
If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you may request:
- Reshipment
or
- Refund (only if the order was never delivered)
9. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Send order ID + photos of the product
- We will arrange a free replacement after verification
