This website is owned and operated by Mom’s Crochet.
By accessing or purchasing from this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or making a purchase under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All products sold on this website are 100% handmade.
Because of the handcrafted nature:

• Sizes may vary slightly
• Color shades may look slightly different due to lighting/screens

These variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

3. Orders & Payments

• We accept only prepaid orders
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• Orders are processed only after successful payment

Accepted payment methods:
UPI / GPay / PhonePe / Debit Cards / Credit Cards

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery available Pan-India
• Estimated delivery time: within 15 days
• Delivery delay may occur due to courier issues, remote locations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

If the customer provides an incorrect address or is unavailable during delivery, the order will not be eligible for refund or reshipment.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund

Because all products are handmade in limited quantity:

• No return
• No replacement (except in verified cases of damage/wrong product)
• No refund, except for duplicate payment or non-delivery beyond 30 days

6. Damaged / Wrong Product

If the product received is damaged or incorrect:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos (and unboxing video if available).
After verification, a free replacement will be issued.

7. Use of Product Images & Website Content

All photos, text, and content on the website belong to Mom’s Crochet.
Copying, reselling, redistributing, or using our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Not Affiliated with Anime or Anime Studios

Our products are handmade inspired accessories and are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Attack on Titan or any anime studio.
All references are purely for inspiration only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mom’s Crochet is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping partners
• Customer allergies to wool material
• Incorrect usage or washing causing damage
• Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference
